Please provide the details below to prepare the license request. if you did not select the right product then please change your license here.

Domain Details

Provide the list of domains for your Enterprise license. Enterprise license is not per domain, it's per server. Provide the full URL https://www.yourdomain.com or http://www.yourdomain.com for a valid license key

The url for the domains to be licensed, 1 domain per line A list of full url of the domains you like to associate with your enterprise license. Please note that all domains need to be hosted on the same server and that the HTTP and HTTPS protocols share the same domain key.

Provide the company details for the company that will be owning the license. Please note that all field are mandatory

Postal code The zip/ postal code for the place of business.

City name The city of the place of business.

State The state you are located in.

Country Jurisdiction of your company

VAT or Tax identification number The sales tax identification number assigned to your company.

Ignore the sales tax ID, my data is accurate. We will include your tax ID on the invoice, leave it blank if you like us to validate it for you.

Primary Contact Details

Provide the license contact details. this person will receive the selected updates if participation in the customer improvement is joined. The email will be stored in your sample firewall configuration for you and can be altered or removed as you please.

Phone number Your business phone number incl. extension in case we need to contact you.
